About The Position

Relient Health is seeking licensed Occupational Therapists (OTs) for full-time, direct-hire, permanent placement opportunities within established rehabilitation departments across South Carolina. These positions are not travel, contract, or PRN. The roles are located in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs), retirement communities, hospitals, outpatient clinics, pediatric settings, and home health, depending on the specific location. Current openings are available in Lancaster, Saint Matthews, Scranton, and other South Carolina markets. This role is specific to licensed Occupational Therapists practicing within a rehabilitation department and is not for CNAs, nursing assistants, medical assistants, therapy aides, or non-licensed support roles.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy (OT) program
Active South Carolina OT license, or eligibility/pending licensure
Ability to work full-time in one of the listed South Carolina markets
Authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Deliver skilled occupational therapy services in a rehabilitation setting
Promote patient independence with ADLs, functional tasks, mobility, and safety
Document patient care using EMR systems per state, federal, and facility standards
Collaborate with COTAs, rehab staff, nursing teams, and interdisciplinary care providers
