About The Position

Orthopedic & Sports Medicine Center is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) and/or Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) to join their growing outpatient orthopedic team in Goshen, IN. This position offers full-time, part-time, and PRN scheduling options, with full-time preferred and up to 40 hours per week available. The ideal candidate is a personable, motivated clinician with strong communication skills and a passion for helping patients recover function and return to the activities they enjoy.

Requirements

Graduation from an Occupational Therapy program
State license as an Occupational Therapist
Licensed or eligible for licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Indiana
Minimum of 6 months of hand therapy experience required
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Nice To Haves

Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) preferred, but not required
Prior outpatient orthopedic experience with hand, shoulder, or upper extremity conditions preferred
New graduate OTs with relevant experience are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

Work in a dynamic outpatient orthopedic setting treating patients with a variety of hand, wrist, shoulder, and upper extremity conditions.
Post-operative rehabilitation
Conservative treatment of orthopedic injuries
Hand therapy
Upper extremity and shoulder-related diagnoses
