About The Position
Crossview Care Center is seeking a Georgia Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to manage both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care services. This is a permanent position. The LNHA will be responsible for the comprehensive management of the facility, including planning, developing, directing, monitoring, and supporting all operational, administrative, clinical, human resources, customer service, and fiscal activities for the facility's programs and services.
Requirements
- Must possess a Georgia Nursing Home Administrator License.
- At least 2 years of experience in a long-term care facility.
- Must have overall operational knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Overall management of the facility
- Planning, developing, directing, monitoring, and supporting all operational, administrative, clinical, human resources, customer service and fiscal activities for the facility's programs and services.
