Requirements

  • Active Louisiana Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license (REQUIRED)
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator in a SNF (REQUIRED)
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and survey process
  • Proven track record of operational and financial leadership
  • Ability to lead teams, drive accountability, and improve performance

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the skilled nursing facility
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
