Mattapan Health & Rehabilitation Center is an 85-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Mattapan, Massachusetts, providing Short-Term Rehabilitation and Long-Term Care services to the Greater Boston community. We are seeking an experienced, mission-driven Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead the overall operations of Mattapan Health & Rehabilitation Center. As Administrator, you will have responsibility for resident care, workforce performance, regulatory compliance, financial results, census development, operational accountability, and the overall experience of residents, families, and employees. The Leadership Opportunity As Administrator, you will set the tone for Mattapan Health & Rehabilitation Center and provide leadership across every aspect of facility operations. You will work closely with department leaders, physicians, consultants, employees, residents, families, referral partners, and organizational leadership to ensure Mattapan remains a safe, responsive, well-managed, and welcoming care environment. This role requires an Administrator who is visible throughout the facility, comfortable addressing challenges directly, and committed to creating a culture where expectations are clear, concerns are heard, and leaders follow through.
