About The Position
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead a 129-bed skilled nursing facility located in the Cincinnati, Ohio area (Montgomery suburb). This is a well-established building with a current census of approximately 112 residents and strong clinical programming, including ventilator services and a dedicated dementia unit. About the Facility: 129-bed skilled nursing facility Ventilator unit providing both invasive and non-invasive respiratory care Dedicated dementia care unit On-site 24-hour respiratory therapy staff Strong interdisciplinary clinical support team Stable operations with opportunity for continued growth and quality improvement
Requirements
- Active Ohio Nursing Home Administrator (NHA/LNHA) license
- Prior leadership experience in skilled nursing preferred
- Strong organizational, budgeting, and operational skills
- Ability to lead in a high-acuity environment (vent/dementia care experience a plus)
- Passion for quality care and team development
