About The Position

Laurelwood Community Living Center is a small, rural nursing home dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care to our residents. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead our facility and create an environment where residents feel valued, supported, and at home. As the Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, you will oversee the daily operations of the facility while ensuring quality resident care, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and staff success.

Requirements

• Active Nursing Home Administrator License required.
• Strong knowledge of nursing home regulations and compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented leadership style.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Previous healthcare management or nursing home leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership and direction across all areas of facility operations.
• Promote high standards of care, resident satisfaction, and quality outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and maintain readiness for surveys.
• Develop and manage the facility budget while monitoring expenses and financial performance.
• Recruit, train, coach, and retain a strong, engaged team.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective strategies to enhance facility performance.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and the community.
• Represent the facility professionally and develop strong community partnerships.
• Ensure appropriate emergency plans and procedures are in place to protect residents and staff.
