Requirements
- Current Wisconsin Nursing Home Administrator license, or currently in the process of obtaining licensure.
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or comparable healthcare experience.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop employees at various levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently assess situations and make informed decisions.
Nice To Haves
- Previous nursing home administrator experience.
- Experience overseeing skilled nursing and/or assisted living operations.
- A passion for developing strong teams and delivering an exceptional resident experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership and direction for both the skilled nursing facility and assisted living residence.

- Ensure regulatory and compliance oversight.
