About The Position
Dove Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead their campus in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. This role involves overseeing a 50-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center, supported by a stable management team. The position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on residents, families, employees, and the community. The Administrator will be responsible for financial and operational performance, employee engagement, regulatory compliance, quality improvement, resident satisfaction, census management, team leadership, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will be a confident leader with strong listening, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Requirements
- Current Wisconsin Nursing Home Administrator license, or currently in the process of obtaining licensure
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or comparable healthcare experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop employees at various levels
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to independently assess situations and make informed decisions

- Previous nursing home administrator experience
- Experience overseeing skilled nursing and/or assisted living operations
