About The Position
The Licensed Nursing Home Administrator will ensure the efficient and effective day-to-day operations of the community. This role provides visionary leadership, setting and implementing strategic goals and objectives. The administrator will uphold high standards of resident care, working closely with the care team to promote resident health, safety, and well-being. Responsibilities include overseeing hiring, training, coaching, and mentorship of community leaders and associates, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, and fostering effective communication with all stakeholders. The role also involves managing budgets and financial performance, and developing relationships with local healthcare providers and community resources.
Requirements
- Nursing Home Administrator Licensure is required in Iowa.
- Minimum of 3 years leadership experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in assisted living, skilled nursing, or a related field is required.
- Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to translate ideas into actionable plans.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with various teams and stakeholders.
- Experience with data analysis, customer feedback, and customer experience metrics.
- Passion for delivering exceptional experiences to customers and a commitment to excellence.
- Ability to think creatively, innovatively, and outside the box to drive results.
Responsibilities
