About The Position

Ball HealthCare Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) for our Monroe Manor Health & Rehabilitation Center in Monroeville, Alabama. The administrator will plan and direct facility operations to ensure quality and appropriateness of resident/patient care meets or exceeds company and regulatory standards. This includes ensuring the well-being and good health of each resident and compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulatory standards and regulations governing the facility.

Requirements

Graduated from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree in Health Services Administration, Human Services, Public Health or a related field
Valid Alabama State Nursing Home Administrator's license
Three (3) years of professional experience in healthcare administration
At least one (1) year experience as a Skilled Nursing Facility Administrator
Knowledgeable of resident rights and supports an atmosphere which allows for the privacy, dignity and well-being of all residents in a safe, secure environment
Comprehensive understanding of Medicare, Medicaid bylaws and other legal policies
Adherence to confidentiality of all data, including residents, employees and operations data and HIPAA regulations
Good verbal and written communication skills
Patience, tact, enthusiasm and a positive attitude toward the elderly
