About The Position
Hazlehurst Court Care & Rehab is seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator for its 73-bed skilled nursing facility. The Administrator will be responsible for the overall management of the facility, including planning, developing, directing, and supporting all operational, administrative, clinical, and fiscal activities for the facility's programs and services.
Requirements
- GA NHA Licensed
- 3 to 5 years experience
- Overall operations knowledge
- Excellent communication and managerial skills
- Must be a role model and willing to work with staff to ensure quality services are being provided
- Must be able to problem solve any concerns raised by residents, families, visitors and staff
- Solid work history within the healthcare community
- Must meet all local health regulations
- Must pass a criminal background investigation and reference inquiry
