About The Position

Care Initiatives is now hiring a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to join our team at Parkridge Specialty Care, a 90 bed Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), located in Pleasant Hill, Iowa! Requirements

Valid Iowa Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license in good standing required, or ability to activate NHA licensure in Iowa.
Proven leadership experience in skilled nursing is highly desired.
Ability to build relationships and lead a team through change with professionalism and empathy.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned skilled nursing facility to ensure quality of care and operational excellence.
Lead and support teams by fostering collaborations, compassion, continuous improvement, and staff development.
Develop and execute operational strategies to maintain high-quality resident care and positive outcomes.
Promote a strong culture of service, accountability, and resident-centered care.
