About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to oversee daily facility operations, regulatory compliance, staff leadership, and overall operational performance. Strong candidates will lead interdisciplinary teams, support quality resident care, and help maintain efficient and compliant facility operations within a fast-paced healthcare environment. Requirements

Active Nursing Home Administrator license within the applicable state
Previous leadership experience within skilled nursing or long-term care settings
Strong operational, financial, and regulatory knowledge
Experience managing staff, budgets, and facility performance
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive within fast-paced operational environments
Strong understanding of healthcare compliance, surveys, and quality standards
Ability to lead teams with professionalism, accountability, and strong organizational skills

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations of the facility
Lead department heads and interdisciplinary teams
Ensure compliance with all state and federal healthcare regulations
Maintain survey readiness and operational standards
Support census growth and resident satisfaction initiatives
Manage staffing, budgets, and operational performance metrics
Foster a positive workplace culture focused on accountability and teamwork
Partner closely with regional leadership and clinical teams
Monitor facility performance and implement operational improvements when necessary
Support recruitment, retention, and development of facility staff
Ensure high standards of resident care, safety, and customer service are consistently maintained
