Requirements

  • Active New Hampshire LNA (Licensed Nursing Assistant) certificate in good standing (Required).
  • Strong communication skills and a reliable work ethic.
  • A desire for a healthier, more sustainable work environment where your skills are respected.

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ years of experience as an LNA in home health, a facility, or a hospital setting preferred.
  • Current certification in CPR and First Aid (Preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Provide peaceful, dedicated personal care and clinical support to our clients in the comfort of their homes.
  • Engage clients in meaningful conversation, puzzles, walks, and activities to keep them socially active and mentally sharp.
  • Provide hands-on support with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, skin care, and personal hygiene.
  • Assist clients with ambulation, transfers, and positioning using proper body mechanics and assistive devices.
  • Assist with meal planning and nutritional cooking according to dietary restrictions; monitor and encourage hydration.
  • Provide timely reminders for clients to take prescribed medications and support routine adherence.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and hygienic environment by handling laundry and light cleaning.
  • Engage clients in meaningful social interaction and accompany or drive them to local medical appointments and essential outings.
  • Closely observe, document, and report any changes in the client’s physical or mental status to the nursing supervisor.
