About The Position
Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs), PCAs, and caregivers to provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes in the Nashua area and surrounding communities. The role offers pay of $21–$23 per hour, daily pay, and scheduling opportunities including full-time, part-time, weekend, long, and overnight shifts. Caregivers assist clients with personal care and daily activities, follow individualized care plans, and observe and report changes in clients’ conditions. The position requires dependable, compassionate care and the ability to work independently in clients’ homes.
Requirements
- Current experience as a PCA or Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA).
- Dependable, compassionate, and patient.
- Comfortable providing hands-on personal care.
- Strong communication skills.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently in clients’ homes.
Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Help clients with mobility and transfers.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
- Offer companionship and support with daily activities.
- Follow individualized care plans.
- Observe and report changes in clients’ conditions.
