About The Position

Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring experienced Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) and Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) to provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes in the Nashua area and surrounding communities. The role offers weekend shifts, with full-time and part-time opportunities, long shifts, and overnight shifts available. Pay is $21–$23 per hour, and daily pay is available.

Caregivers provide personal care and practical support while following individualized care plans, observing clients’ conditions, and reporting changes. Applicants should be dependable, compassionate, patient, comfortable with hands-on personal care, able to communicate effectively, have reliable transportation, and be able to work independently in clients’ homes.

Requirements

• Current experience as a PCA or a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA).
• Dependable, compassionate, and patient.
• Comfortable providing hands-on personal care.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care, bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Help clients with mobility and transfers.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Offer companionship and support with daily activities.
• Follow individualized care plans.
• Observe and report changes in clients’ conditions.
