About The Position
We are seeking a Licensed Nursing Assistant for a travel contract opportunity in Rutland, Vermont. This role supports resident care in a long-term care setting and requires reliability, flexibility, and the ability to assist nursing staff with daily care needs.
Requirements
- Active Vermont or New Hampshire LNA license required
- Must have own transportation and secure own housing
- Must be able to work both weekends if needed
- State/federal ID, photo badge, and COVID vaccination or approved exemption required
Nice To Haves
- LNA experience preferred
- Travel LNA or long-term care experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide direct resident care and nursing support under supervision
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, mobility, and comfort needs
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
- Follow facility care plans, safety procedures, and infection control protocols
- Maintain resident dignity, confidentiality, and a professional care environment
