About The Position

Warde Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Windham, NH is seeking a compassionate Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to join our dedicated care team. Full and Part time openings for 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts. Be part of something new and exciting at Warde! We are opening a brand-new short-term rehabilitation unit and are looking for compassionate LNAs to help shape the culture, care experience, and success of this growing team from day one. Warde includes a 36-bed senior residential community and a 32-bed skilled nursing facility offering both short-term rehab and long-term care. Requirements

• Must be at least 18
• Must have High school graduate or GED
• Must be a licensed LNA with the New Hampshire State Board of Nursing

Responsibilities

• Participate in and receive report from the licensed nurse at the start and end of each shift
• Review care plans daily to ensure individualized, appropriate care
• Observe residents frequently throughout your shift to ensure needs are being met
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA standards
• Treat every resident with kindness, dignity, and respect
• Encourage residents to maintain independence and function at their highest level
