About The Position

Benchmark at Bedford Falls is seeking compassionate Licensed Nursing Assistants to provide care to residents in a warm, comfortable, home-like environment. The position is part-time, with shifts from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. and 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. The hourly rate is $17.75 to $19.00.

Requirements

• Valid PCA, HHA, or LNA license required.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Document care provided and report changes in residents’ health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Use customer service skills to ensure residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Perform other duties as needed.
