About The Position

Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring experienced Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes in Manchester, New Hampshire, and surrounding communities. The position offers opportunities for full-time or part-time work, with weekend, long, and overnight shifts available and flexible scheduling. Pay is $21–$23 per hour, with daily pay available and plenty of hours. Mileage reimbursement and paid travel time are provided when applicable. The employer offers ongoing training and support.

Requirements

• Current LNA license or previous PCA experience.
• Experience providing hands-on personal care.
• Patient, professional, and reliable.
• Strong communication skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently in clients’ homes.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care.
• Support clients with mobility, transfers, and daily activities.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Follow individualized care plans.
• Observe and report changes in clients’ conditions.
