About The Position

Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring Licensed Nursing Assistants to provide one-on-one care to clients in the comfort of their own homes in Nashua, NH, and surrounding communities. The role offers $21–$23 per hour, daily pay, and flexible scheduling opportunities, including full-time, part-time weekend shifts, long shifts, and overnight shifts. Plenty of hours are available. LNAs assist clients with personal care and daily activities, follow individualized care plans, and observe and report changes in clients’ conditions. The position includes mileage reimbursement, paid travel time when applicable, wellness time, a 401(k) with employer match up to 4%, life insurance, an employee referral bonus, and ongoing training and support. Health, dental, vision, and Aflac options are available to eligible employees working 30 or more hours per week.

Requirements

Current Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) license.
Dependable, compassionate, and patient.
Comfortable providing hands-on personal care.
Strong communication skills.
Reliable transportation.
Ability to work independently in clients’ homes.

Responsibilities

Assist with personal care, bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Help clients with mobility and transfers.
Provide medication reminders.
Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
Offer companionship and support with daily activities.
Follow individualized care plans.
Observe and report changes in clients’ conditions.
