About The Position
We are seeking reliable and professional Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) to assist seniors with daily living activities while helping them remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home in Hudson and surrounding areas. This role offers a unique opportunity to provide personalized, one-on-one care in clients' homes, differing from the high resident ratios often found in skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, or hospitals. Home care allows for the building of meaningful relationships with clients and families, flexible scheduling, and the chance to work independently while making a significant difference. A supportive office staff is available when needed.
Requirements
- Current New Hampshire LNA license
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a background check
- Strong communication and time management skills
Nice To Haves
- Home care experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide mobility assistance and transfers
- Monitor and report changes in client condition
- Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Document care provided according to company policies
- Follow individualized care plans
