About The Position
Skip the facility ratios and enjoy one-on-one care. Are you an LNA looking for a change from skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, or hospitals where you're responsible for 15-20 residents at a time? Join our home care team and provide personalized, one-on-one care in the comfort of our clients' homes. We are seeking reliable and professional Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) to assist seniors with daily living activities while helping them remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home in Hudson and surrounding areas.
Requirements
- Current New Hampshire LNA license
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a background check
- Strong communication and time management skills
Nice To Haves
- Home care experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide mobility assistance and transfers
- Monitor and report changes in client condition
- Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Document care provided according to company policies
- Follow individualized care plans
