About The Position
Pacific Gardens Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Licensed Nurse (LVN or LPN) to join their team. This is a non-exempt, hourly position responsible for providing nursing care within the scope of practice of a licensed vocational or practical nurse. This includes administering prescribed medications, documenting patient condition, care, and treatment, observing patients, and notifying physicians of significant changes. The position also supervises other nursing department staff.
