About The Position
Touchmark on West Prospect is seeking a compassionate, licensed Nail Technician to provide professional nail care services to its residents. This is an independent contractor opportunity, allowing the technician to operate their own business within a senior living community. The role offers flexibility in scheduling, pricing, and the ability to build relationships with an established client base while also welcoming new clients. The technician will provide services such as manicures, pedicures, and basic nail care, focusing on exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships with residents.
Requirements
- Current Wisconsin Nail Technician or Cosmetology license
- Compassionate, friendly, and service-oriented personality
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to build trusting relationships with older adults
- Self-motivated individual who enjoys operating an independent business
- Professional liability insurance and any required business licensing, as applicable
Responsibilities
- Provide professional nail care services to residents, including manicures, pedicures, and basic nail grooming.
- Offer additional nail services within the professional scope of practice.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with residents.
- Operate an independent business within the community's salon space.
- Set own schedule and service pricing.
- Potentially sublet salon space for additional beauty services.
