Mobile Crisis LCSW/LMFT/LPCC
About The Position
We are seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team. This position assesses clients at the start of engagement/treatment, assesses as needed, develops, and maintains treatment plans, conducts family collateral and discharge planning. Duties are performed under the direct supervision of the Clinical Supervisor, but some tasks are accomplished independently. The Valley Star Crisis Mobile Response Team serves all age groups—children, adolescents, adults, and older adults—offering rapid mental health assessments and crisis interventions. This is an essential service for individuals needing immediate crisis intervention and stabilization.
Requirements
- Master's degree in family/child counseling, development or psychology, social services or professional counseling or related social science field.
- Must be a BBS-licensed LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, PsyD, or PhD.
- Meets agency driver eligibility criteria
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Valid California Driver’s License with a driving record that meets company eligibility policies.
- First Aid certification from an approved provider (such as the American Red Cross) or the ability to obtain it upon hire.

- Supervision for BBS hours for AMFT, ACSW, and APCC professionals (where applicable).
