About The Position

Geode Health is recruiting a Licensed Mental Health Therapist in the greater Park Ridge region to provide outpatient mental health care. The therapist diagnoses and treats mental health disorders and provides psychotherapy across a general spectrum of conditions, helping patients define goals and gain insight through personalized care. The role includes collaborating with healthcare professionals and coordinating care, including crisis intervention when needed. The position uses evidence-based, measurement-based care, with providers tracking patient outcomes to inform treatment plans. Therapists design their own schedules, with schedules provided in advance and full-time hours expected. The typical hybrid schedule is three days onsite and two days providing telehealth, though more onsite time may be needed initially while building a patient caseload. The organization provides urgent support after hours.
