Geode Health•Park Ridge, IL
•$75,000 - $85,000•Hybrid

About The Position

Geode Health is recruiting a Licensed Mental Health Therapist for the greater Park Ridge region to provide outpatient mental health care. The therapist diagnoses and treats mental health disorders and provides psychotherapy across a general spectrum of mental health conditions. The role helps clients define goals and gain insights through personalized, committed care, and collaborates with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and provide crisis intervention when needed. The position offers flexibility to design a schedule in advance, with full-time hours expected. The typical hybrid arrangement is three days onsite and two days providing telehealth, although more onsite work may be needed initially while building a patient caseload. Therapists use evidence-based, measurement-based care to track outcomes and inform treatment plans. They work with an integrated care team and partner with a provider to coordinate psychiatric and therapeutic care across the care continuum. Geode Health describes the role as offering competitive compensation with no earnings cap, a quality incentive bonus, professional development and CME reimbursement, medical, dental and vision coverage, a 401(k) match, marketing and administrative support, and a modern office.
