Licensed Mental Health Therapist (Hybrid)
About The Position
Foresight is an outpatient mental health company that offers virtual and in-person therapy across Georgia. Our purpose is to increase access to high-quality mental health care. We are looking for passionate therapists to help fulfill that purpose! As a Foresight Therapist, you will have flexible scheduling, freedom to use modalities aligned with your strengths and client needs, easy documentation through a streamlined EHR, professional development, consultation groups, and a dedicated support team for building caseloads, credentialing, and billing. You will also receive free in-house Continuing Education and Therapy Certification programs and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, mental health nurse practitioners, and registered dieticians.
Requirements
- Be an active, independent Georgia Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
- Experience working with Child & Adolescent populations
- Clinicians who are committed to client-centered care using trauma-informed and evidence-based practices.
- Well-versed in mental health counseling practices, including initial triage, risk assessment/management, crisis interventions, ICD-10 codes, and treatment planning
- Proficient with technology, including EHR systems, Zoom, and Google Suite.
Responsibilities
- Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families (virtually or in-person)
- Conduct assessments, diagnose, and develop treatment plans
- Complete timely electronic documentation (within 72 hrs)
- Manage your caseload and maintain a consistent schedule
