About The Position

Geode Health is recruiting a Licensed Mental Health Therapist in the greater Las Colinas region to provide outpatient mental health care. The therapist diagnoses and treats mental health disorders and provides psychotherapy across a general spectrum of mental health conditions, helping clients define goals and gain insight through personalized, committed care. The role also involves collaborating with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and provide crisis intervention when needed. The position offers flexibility to design a work schedule in advance, with full-time hours expected. The typical hybrid schedule is three days per week onsite and two days per week providing telehealth, though more in-person time may be needed initially while building a patient caseload. Therapists work with an integrated team of mental health providers and partner with providers to coordinate psychiatric and therapeutic care and move patients across the care continuum as needed. Geode uses evidence-based, measurement-based care, tracking outcomes with data to inform treatment plans.
