About The Position

Geode Health is recruiting a Mental Health Therapist to provide outpatient mental health services in the greater Norcross/Peachtree Corners market. The therapist diagnoses and treats mental health disorders and provides psychotherapy across a general spectrum of mental health conditions. They help patients define goals and gain insights through personalized care, coordinate with other healthcare professionals, and provide crisis intervention when needed. The position uses evidence-based, measurement-based care to track patient outcomes and inform treatment plans. Therapists collaborate with an integrated team of mental health providers, including a Prescriber, to coordinate psychiatric and therapeutic care. The role expects full-time hours, with flexibility to create a schedule in advance. The typical hybrid arrangement is three days onsite and two days providing telehealth, although more onsite time may be needed initially while building a caseload. Geode provides after-hours urgent support and helps therapists fill their patient caseloads.
