Licensed Mental Health Therapists (LCSW or LPC)
About The Position
At MySpectrum Counseling & Coaching, we believe clients deserve to feel seen, understood, and respected in therapy. We are expanding our clinician team to more closely reflect the diverse communities we serve. We welcome licensed therapists who bring cultural humility, varied perspectives, and demonstrated experience supporting Black and African American individuals, couples, and families, as well as other historically underserved communities. MySpectrum is a practice, not a platform. Our clinicians are direct employees (W-2) who receive the operational support they need while maintaining the clinical independence necessary to provide excellent care. Part-time and full-time opportunities are available.
Requirements
- Hold an active, unrestricted behavioral health license
- Provide compassionate, evidence-based care
- Understand how culture, identity, family, community, and lived experience can influence mental health
- Have experience serving culturally diverse populations
- Want to help reduce barriers to high-quality behavioral healthcare
- Value clinical autonomy while being part of a supportive practice
- Must be licensed as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LCP in the state of Texas and eligible for credentialing with major insurance panels; those with clinical licenses in multiple states, in addition to Texas, are encouraged to apply.
- Experience working with diverse populations
- Flexibility to commit to joining us now and the drive to stick with us so that your caseload can grow
- Must have access to a personal computer suitable for telehealth sessions and required job duties
- Must have high-speed internet access
- Must have a HIPAA-protected space to use consistently for sessions
- Must be comfortable working remotely and seeing clients via telehealth

Responsibilities
- Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy via telehealth
- Complete timely clinical documentation
- Develop and maintain treatment plans
- Coordinate care as clinically appropriate
- Maintain all applicable licensure and professional requirements
