About The Position

Seasons Psychotherapy Associates is seeking experienced, fully licensed therapists (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT) to join their established, clinician-centered outpatient group practice in Florida. This is a W-2 employee position offering stability, consistent referrals, hybrid flexibility, and comprehensive operational support. The practice has offices in Coral Springs, Davie, Fort Lauderdale, and Tampa, and employs over 45 therapists. Seasons aims to provide a sustainable practice model for clinicians who want to focus on providing excellent therapy without the burdens of billing, credentialing, scheduling, or collections. This role is ideal for therapists seeking a supportive environment, respected colleagues, and a long-term career foundation, offering an alternative to solo practice, aggregator platforms, or burnout-driven environments.

Requirements

  • Fully licensed in Florida as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT.
  • Experience providing outpatient psychotherapy.
  • Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Professionalism, reliability, warmth, and sound clinical judgment.
  • Ability to work independently while also being part of a collaborative team.
  • Availability for in-person work in Broward County plus telehealth.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with children, teens, adults, couples, and/or families.
  • Experience in insurance-based practice.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
  • Interest in building a long-term home in a supportive group practice.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality outpatient psychotherapy to children, teens, adults, couples, and/or families based on your clinical strengths.
  • Maintain a hybrid caseload with in-person sessions in our Tampa office and telehealth sessions.
  • Complete timely, accurate documentation.
  • Deliver ethical, evidence-based care and thoughtful treatment planning.
  • Build strong therapeutic relationships and provide excellent client care.
  • Collaborate with a warm, professional team in a supportive group practice environment.
