About The Position

Kolmac Integrated Behavioral Health specializes in comprehensive, evidence-based mental health treatment, delivered through a collaborative, interdisciplinary model that supports both clients and clinicians. As a Mental Health Therapist at Kolmac, you will be at the center of patient care—building strong therapeutic relationships and delivering high-quality, evidence-based treatment. You’ll lead therapy groups, facilitate individual sessions, and contribute to integrated treatment plans within their collaborative treatment environment.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of direct clinical experience providing mental health treatment
Master’s degree in counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
Active independent licensure: LGSW, LCSW, LMSW, LCPC, LGPC
Strong working knowledge of CBT, DBT, ACT, and trauma-informed care
Comfort using Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care and professional growth
The ideal candidate is comfortable working with both adolescents and adults.

Nice To Haves

EMDR experience is highly preferred

Responsibilities

Provide individual and group psychotherapy for adults.
Develop and maintain person-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans
Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and level-of-care determinations
Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment approaches, and symptom management to support insight, empowerment, and recovery
Design and deliver engaging process, psychoeducational and skills groups focused on emotional regulation, coping skills, and mental wellness.
Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurses, and fellow therapists to provide integrated mental health care
Participate in treatment team meetings, case consultations, and discharge planning
Case management services such as, but not limited to, coordinated care with families, referral sources, and external providers as appropriate
Demonstrates commitment to excellent patient care, which is measured through clinical outcomes, such as patient retention, attendance, successful program completion, transitioning from one level of care to another.
Provide crisis support through a shared on-call rotation
Complete clinical documentation accurately and timely
Other duties as assigned.
