Requirements

• Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHC, LMFT, Licensed Psychologists)

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized behavioral health services to older adult patients, including therapy, assessment, and treatment planning
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient progress and services provided
• Participate in regular case conferences and professional development opportunities
• Meet productivity and quality standards, as established by CHE Behavioral
