Requirements
- Fully licensed in one of the following mental health professions: Clinical Psychologist, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or LCSW
- Reliable transportation
Responsibilities
- Provide mental health services to residents of long-term care and rehabilitation centers
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
