The role requires assisting custody and medical staff in monitoring and managing behavioral health concerns, assessing therapeutic support for segregated and isolated detainees, and coordinating with county behavioral health services for continuity of care and discharge planning/case management. Responsibilities also include completing documentation, maintaining records for referral tracking and continuous quality improvement (CQI), demonstrating dedication to behavioral health support, and providing training.
