About The Position

Centurion is a provider of comprehensive healthcare services to the Indiana Department of Correction, contracting with state and local governments nationwide to deliver healthcare services to correctional facilities, state hospitals, and other community settings. The company is seeking a full-time Licensed Mental Health Professional (LSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMHC-A) to join their team at Putnamville Correctional Facility in Greencastle, Indiana. This role involves providing mental health case management services to patients within a correctional setting and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to offer comprehensive mental health care.

Requirements

• Masters level degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field from an accredited educational institution
• Active mental health professional license in Indiana (LSW, LCSW, LHMC, LMHC-A)
• Current tuberculosis documentation
• Active CPR certification
• Ability to pass a background investigation and obtain agency security clearance where applicable

Nice To Haves

• Minimum of two years’ experience with direct care for individuals with mental illness

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health case management services to patients in a correctional setting
• Consult with a multi-disciplinary team in providing comprehensive mental health care
• Conduct intake and assessments
• Provide crisis intervention
• Develop treatment planning
• Provide individual therapy
• Provide group therapy
