About The Position
ifeel is a global mental health and wellbeing platform supporting over 10 million people across 50+ countries. They partner with leading organizations to provide high-quality, evidence-based psychological care through a comprehensive digital ecosystem. Their clinically led model, multilingual therapist network, and advanced assessment tools allow them to deliver measurable outcomes, reduce mental-health-related absenteeism risk by 30% or more, and expand access to meaningful support worldwide. ifeel is expanding its telehealth network and seeking PSYPACT-authorized licensed psychologists to support growing demand across multiple states. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to work with a broad, multi-state client base, delivering both text-based therapy and video-based therapy to clients in multiple states.
Requirements
- Doctoral degree (PhD, PsyD, EdD)
- Active psychologist license in a PSYPACT state
- Current E.Passport + APIT
Nice To Haves
- Experience with telehealth or digital therapy preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Provide text therapy (asynchronous messaging) and video therapy (live sessions)
- Complete intakes, assessments, and functional evaluations when applicable
- Deliver evidence-based care (CBT, ACT, integrative approaches)
- Maintain high-quality, clear documentation
- Collaborate with a global, multidisciplinary clinical team
