About The Position

Centurion Health is seeking a full-time Licensed Mental Health Professional (LSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMHC-A) to join their team at Pendleton Juvenile Correctional Facility in Pendleton, Indiana. This role involves providing mental health case management services to patients in a correctional setting, consulting with a multi-disciplinary team, and offering comprehensive mental health care. Services include intake and assessments, crisis intervention, treatment planning, and individual and group therapy.

Requirements

• Masters level degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field from an accredited educational institution.
• Active mental health professional license in Indiana (LSW, LCSW, LHMC, LMHC-A).
• Current tuberculosis documentation.
• Active CPR certification.
• Must be able to pass a background investigation and obtain agency security clearance where applicable.

Nice To Haves

• Minimum of two years’ experience with direct care for individuals with mental illness.
