LICENSED MENTAL HEALTH PRACTITIONER

Ellie Mental Health in La Vista is seeking fully or provisionally licensed mental health practitioners who are passionate about exceptional client care and want to practice in a workplace where clinicians are genuinely supported. Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Active clinical license in Nebraska (LMFT, LADC, LPCC, LIMHP, LMHP, LICSW)
- Experience with assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Strong ethical boundaries and professionalism
- Collaborative mindset
- Comfort using Electronic Health Records (EHR)

Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient therapy services to individuals, couples, or families
- Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-based, client-centered interventions
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Maintain a caseload consistent with full-time expectations (Approximately 20 sessions per week for provisionally licensed and 24 per week for fully licensed)
- Collaborate with families, schools, medical providers, and community partners as appropriate
- Participate in clinical meetings, trainings, and team consultation
