Licensed Mental Health Practitioner

About The Position

Ellie Mental Health in La Vista is looking for fully or provisionally licensed mental health practitioners who are passionate about exceptional client care and want to practice in a workplace where clinicians are genuinely supported. We offer multiple weekly group supervision and collaboration sessions with therapists of diverse expertise. Clinical perspectives help guide operational decisions, ensuring that the people closest to the work have a meaningful seat at the table. Recent improvements to our compensation structure and benefits came directly from clinician input. We find that when clinicians are supported, heard, and empowered, they can provide their very best care. Our office is nestled in a beautiful, serene, lakeside setting designed to create a calm, welcoming atmosphere that feels naturally conducive to meaningful therapeutic work. We know the environment matters to our clients and to the clinicians who care for them. We believe in investing in our clinicians by supporting opportunities to develop clinical specialties, programs, and services that align with their passions and professional goals. We are currently supporting clinicians in obtaining art therapy and parent-child interaction therapy certifications, with other opportunities available. Let us treat you to coffee and chat about your career at Ellie!
