About The Position

This is a full-time remote position for an LMHC who values a dependable weekday schedule and the flexibility of working from a dedicated home workspace. You’ll be part of a professional clinical environment while having the independence that comes with remote practice. The position is suited to a counselor who is organized, dependable, and confident handling their caseload without needing constant supervision.

Requirements

• Active Washington LMHC license
• Master’s degree in Counseling or related field
• Experience providing outpatient therapy services
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Responsibilities

• Conducting scheduled individual counseling sessions
• Completing intake assessments and required evaluations
• Reviewing referrals and determining appropriate clinical needs
• Establishing treatment goals and updating them as circumstances change
• Maintaining complete and timely clinical records
• Coordinating referrals and outside services when appropriate
• Participating in case consultation or team communication when needed
• Responding appropriately to clinical or safety concerns
• Maintaining professional boundaries and client confidentiality
