Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW)
About The Position
We are hiring licensed therapists in Hawaii to work with individuals, couples, and families across a range of mental health and relationship concerns. Depending on your license and experience, caseloads may include clients dealing with anxiety, stress, grief, family conflict, relationship changes, or other concerns affecting everyday life. The therapist is responsible for scheduled sessions, clinical records, and follow-up throughout the course of care. The role is full-time, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with an annual salary of $115,000–$120,000 plus benefits. Eligible licenses are LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW. Applicants must have a master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field; an active Hawaii license in one of the eligible disciplines; and at least two years of clinical experience.

Responsibilities
- Provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families.
- Review client history and current concerns at the start of care.
- Determine appropriate goals and areas of focus for therapy.
- Keep clinical notes and required records current.
- Revisit the direction of treatment when client needs change.
- Arrange referrals when another service or provider is appropriate.
- Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries.
- Follow Hawaii licensing and ethical requirements.
