About The Position
We are looking for a Hawaii-licensed LMHC to provide remote therapy for clients seeking support with mental health, emotional wellness, and everyday life challenges. This position allows you to deliver professional counseling services from a private remote workspace while maintaining a consistent full-time schedule. The role includes clinical assessments, therapy sessions, treatment planning, progress monitoring, and proper documentation. It is a strong fit for a counselor who wants to stay focused on client care in a telehealth setting.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Active LMHC license in Hawaii
- Previous counseling or psychotherapy experience
- Ability to provide care through a virtual platform
- Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills
Responsibilities
- Complete assessments and determine appropriate treatment direction
- Help clients work through anxiety, depression, stress, grief, trauma, and relationship-related concerns
- Use appropriate counseling techniques based on client needs
- Set treatment goals and review progress during ongoing care
- Keep session notes and client records accurate and up to date
- Protect client confidentiality in all remote communications
