Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
About The Position
We’re looking for a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who is licensed in Indiana and comfortable providing therapy through telehealth. This is a full-time remote role for someone who wants a steady weekday schedule while continuing to do meaningful clinical work with clients who need consistent support. In this position, you’ll meet with clients virtually, help them work through concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, relationship issues, and life changes, and create treatment plans that fit where they are in life. Your day will include assessments, therapy sessions, documentation, and ongoing support as clients work toward healthier patterns and clearer next steps.
Requirements
- Active Licensed Mental Health Counselor license in Indiana
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Experience providing therapy or counseling services
- Comfortable working with clients through telehealth
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Ability to manage a full-time remote caseload
Responsibilities
- Provide individual counseling sessions through a secure telehealth platform
- Complete client intakes, clinical assessments, and treatment planning
- Support clients with concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, and relationship challenges
- Maintain clear and timely clinical documentation
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans when needed
- Use evidence-based counseling approaches based on client needs
