About The Position
CHE Behavioral Health Services is seeking Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHCs) to join our APA-approved, clinician-led behavioral health team. Since 1995, CHE has been a national leader in adult and geriatric mental health, serving 100,000+ patients across 800+ skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities in 11+ states. This role offers full-time or part-time opportunities with flexible scheduling, allowing clinicians to create their own schedules between Monday and Friday, 7 AM to 7 PM. There are no nights, weekends, or on-call duties, and the position offers a steady, reliable caseload with no cancellations. The role involves working close to home in partnered facilities and is ideal for newly licensed LMHCs or clinicians seeking supplemental work. The position focuses fully on patient care with no administrative burdens or after-hours duties.
Requirements
- Master’s degree
- Bilingual Mandarin and or Cantonese
- Active LMHC license in state of practice
Responsibilities
- Provide psychotherapy and behavioral health services to adult and senior populations
- Work independently within an integrated care team
- Customize treatment plans for each patient’s needs
- Focus fully on patient care with no administrative burdens or after-hours duties
