This is a unique opportunity to engage in impactful therapeutic work within a collaborative care team model. Our clinicians benefit from the support of a multidisciplinary team, including Counselor Aides, Targeted Case Managers, Peer Specialists, Psychiatric Rehabilitation Specialists, and prescribers (including MAT providers). This ensures comprehensive support for both you and your clients. You’ll work with a caseload and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, diagnostic assessments, and treatment planning to help clients meet their identified goals. While the focus of the role is primarily working with individual adult clients, there is opportunity to work with clients throughout the lifespan as well as with couples and families, or groups. We prioritize the development of our clinicians, providing access to weekly clinical group supervision, consultation groups, and specialized training opportunities focused on specific diagnoses, populations, or therapeutic approaches. You will receive consistent and comprehensive clinical supervision and ongoing administrative support to enhance your skills and advance your professional growth.
