About The Position
We are hiring full time Part Time Licensed Master Social Workers (LMSW) to join our interdisciplinary team at Vida Guidance Center in the Bronx, NY. Vida is an Article-31 Mental Health Center serving families in the community. As an Article-31 Therapist at Vida, you will conduct individual therapy with adults and children. We are seeking Bilingual English/Spanish clinicians that can commit to working Saturday shifts on 8am- 2pm and a second/third shift between Monday and Friday for a portion of hours between 9am-8pm.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Social Work required.
- NYS Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW) required.
- Bilingual Spanish/English required
- Familiarity with evidence-based modalities.
- 2+ years of previous experience in a mental health clinic, hospital, behavioral health, or similar setting required.
Responsibilities
- Provides bio-psychosocial assessments and clinical diagnostic assessments.
- Completes documentation in accordance with OMH regulations.
- Conducts individual psychotherapy.
- Crisis intervention.
- Provides consultation to medical providers.
- Participates in clinical team meetings.
